How this site handles personal data

Last updated 27 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Dzmitry Pintusau is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at dzmitry@pintusau.com about anything in this notice.

What this site does not do

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking pixels, advertising tags or embedded third-party content. Nothing is stored on your device.

When you write to me

The contact form does not send anything to a server. When you press Send, it opens your own email app with a message to me already filled in, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, I receive an ordinary email containing what you wrote: your name, your email address, and optionally your company, what prompted you to write, what would help most, and whether you would like a call.

I use it only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

I keep enquiries for up to 24 months, so that a conversation picked up later does not start from nothing, and then delete them. You can ask me to delete yours sooner at any time.

Fonts and hosting

The typefaces are served from this site. No request goes to a font provider or any other third party when a page loads.

The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, operated by Google. Like any web server, it records standard technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, for security and operation. Google processes these as a hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, or receive a copy of it. Write to dzmitry@pintusau.com and I will answer within one month.

If you are in the European Union and believe your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
