I work where business decisions turn into systems. For nine years I have designed enterprise platforms and products: how the business works, the domain model, the solution and its integrations, and the plan to get there in stages.
Most of that work starts at a presale or an RFP and carries on into delivery, production and further development. I design both the business solution with its operating model and the technical architecture, and I stay with its evolution for years when the client wants that.
A government digital services platform used by millions of citizens, which I designed as solution architect. A city-scale mobility platform, designed at presale. An e‑Health platform on the FHIR standard, which I designed and built as technical lead.
Automation that updates pages across about 200,000 law-firm websites, written as a senior engineer.
Back-office and partner platforms with complex rules and many integrations, such as a customer operations portal sized for 5,000 to 7,000 concurrent users with room to double.
Replacing a landscape assembled by hand with a designed one, including automation and AI, for companies at the start of that path.
Presales, discovery, audits and delivery architecture for banks, government bodies, healthcare, media and software companies across Europe, the Gulf, Asia and North America. Teams of up to 30.
Operations software for an aviation operator, team of five developers.
An e‑Health platform on the FHIR standard. I drew the architecture in ArchiMate and Sparx EA and agreed it with the architects of the programme.
